HMD Global has start rolling out the latest Android pie Update for their Nokia 6.1 and 6.1 plus. This is the second smartphone of Nokia after Nokia 7 plus which is receiving Android Pie update. The Nokia 8 and Nokia 8 Sirocco will get the update at the end of November.
The update will be rolling out in a phased manner, which means you might have to wait for it to receive it. The company promised its consumers last month that it will that it will be rolling out Android 9.0 Pie for Nokia 6.1 and Nokia 6.1 Plus by the end of October.The information of update of Nokia 6.1 and 6.1 plus was shared by HMD Global’s Chief Product Officer, Juho Sarvikas, on Twitter.

Recently at the launch of Nokia 3.1 Plus, HMD Global also confirmed that Nokia 5.1 Plus will join company’s Android 9 Pie update soon, and all the Nokia devices will get Android pie update at the end of year.
The Nokia 6.1 is based on Android One by the Google so it get Pure android update. The Android One handset will be better by sweet Pie treats, including App Actions, Adaptive Battery, new system navigation, Slices, and Adaptive Brightness functionality.
